Abstract
Moscow occupies a special place in the real estate market of the Russian Federation, as it is characterized by a large volume of new residential real estate, the existence of large market players and the presence of high (compared with other regions of the country) effective demand. In many ways, the stability of the Russian real estate market depends on the stability of the Moscow real estate market. For this reason, an analysis of the current state of the Moscow real estate market is of great importance. Objective. Analysis of the dynamic development of the residential real estate market in Moscow for the period 2018-2023. Methodology. The study is based on the analysis of statistical data on the residential real estate market in Moscow for the period 2018-2023. Results. The conducted research has shown that the Moscow residential real estate market has prospects for outstripping growth and development. It has a high level of attractiveness for investors and buyers due to its dynamism and the introduction of modern technologies. At the same time, there are problems in the residential real estate market in Moscow that require immediate solutions, affecting supply and demand. Conclusions are drawn on the development of the residential real estate market and measures are proposed to improve the efficiency of the real estate market. Practical implications. To improve the efficiency of the Moscow real estate market, it is necessary to take into account the interests of both potential buyers and developers by balancing supply and demand in the real estate market through the implementation of various measures such as price regulation, infrastructure improvement, government support programs, etc.
